It starts with a short, easy conversation about how you love to travel — no destination decisions required yet. From there, we design every recommendation around you and handle every reservation and transfer before you leave—so travel feels like an experience, not a project to manage.

As early as possible for peak dates, honeymoons, and multi-stop itineraries—ideally 3 to 6 months ahead. That said, we’ve also designed beautiful trips on tighter timelines, so reach out even if your dates are close.

Planning fees only apply to single-journey and annual travel planning services. Planning fees do not apply to introductory calls or hotel-only bookings.

Your planning fee covers the full itinerary design—research, reservations, and coordination with our trusted partners—plus support throughout your trip. It’s a flat fee agreed upon before we begin based on length of stay, never a percentage of what you spend.

Then VIP Perks is complimentary, at any stage. Already booked? We'll get it transferred to us to secure the upgrades and perks. Not booked yet, but know the property? We'll make the reservation directly, with every perk built in from the start. Either way, there's no planning fee — that only applies when we're designing the itinerary itself.
